This is a centrally located studio on the first floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

This air-conditioned 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa (sleeps 5) with large heated private pool (8mx4m) in well maintained garden is located in the beautiful Las Fuentes area of Alcossebre. The private pool can be heated to 28 degrees Celsius (from 01/06 to 01/10) if booked at least 7 days before arrival. Heating outside of this period, on request at 100€/week.
