Somos los propietarios directos y esta temporada anunciamos esta exclusiva villa luminosa totalmente reformada con vistas únicas a la bahía del Pto de Sóller. Su ubicación, entre mar y montaña la hace especial. El exterior de la planta baja consta de una piscina con ducha y varias terrazas totalmente amuebladas (con tumbonas, mesas, sillas, barbacoa...) . La casa se divide en dos pisos equipados de manera individual. Para más de 5 huespedes, se podrá disfrutar de las dos plantas de la Villa.

Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

In it´s garden you can relax and enjoy the incredible mediterraneans´ sunset, with family or friends. The house is divided in two floors. On the top floor there are three double rooms and a full bathroom. The rooms are wide and bright. In the low floor there are a dinning room, living room with wood burning stove a bathroom with shower and the kitchen.

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es nachts, insbesondere im Sommer, in der Nähe laute Bars gibt.

The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
