Your private casita is nestled in the Rio Grand forest park. Walk, bike, or jog on the Bosque Trail behind the house along the acequia (waterway) or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. We supply coffee and cream and several black and herbal teas with sugar and honey for sweetening. In the Kitchen is a full refrigerator, oven/microwave and stovetop. Cookware, dinnerware oil, vinegar and spices, wine glasses and more. Sleep in a comfortable queen-sized bed.

This relaxing space will be your own private getaway in downtown ABQ. Put your mind at ease and park your car off the street behind our electric gate. This private studio has a patio/yard and easy access to ABQ's great NM restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Our guest house is behind the main house in a lovely and historic downtown Albuquerque neighborhood. There are many seating areas to enjoy in the spacious backyard. We are located within walking distance of Slow Burn Coffee, Rumor Pizza, Golden Crown Panaderia, Marble Brewery, Tiguex Park, Old Town, Explora, the local famer’s market, Lowes Grocery Store, and Civic Plaza.
