An excellent apartment with a privileged view over the beach and ocean. A recent modern construction with quality. A large pool and terrace also overlooking the sea. The apartment has one bedroom with plenty of storage, air-conditioning in bedroom and lounge. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. Are available bedding and bath towels. A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and equipment for 6 people. The living room is large and has 2 sofas for when one is being used as bed allowing the comfort of those who prefer to see tv. The apartment is situated in a gated aparthotel on a hillside with great views of the Old Town, Fisherman's Beach and out over the Atlantic. There is a south facing balcony which is ideal for soaking up the sun. The apartment is very family friendly as the balcony is on the ground floor not up high, there is no big drop. The balcony is also gated and the wall comes up to around hip height. Our main bedroom has a super king sized bed with the brand new mattress supplied by Hilton hotels.
