You can enjoy two swimming pools, the pool in the main floor (heating option) w/ sun loungers and another on rooftop a small swimming pool with panoramic views, a lounge space, a kitchenette , an Alfresco dining area, a service toilet.

The 1st floor has 1 open-plan bedroom with a mezzanine (with living area with desk) and a bathroom with shower. Very central location, 500m from the Marina. Quiet street with restaurants very close by. There is a house under construction next door that may cause noise during the day.
