Outdoor living has a large BBQ with electric oven, couches & dinning table. Peaceful, rural space only a 6 min drive to Three Parks shops, 10 mins to the Lake front. Enjoy the sunrise and bird song.

Just a few minutes walk to Wanaka's bars and restaurants or a short stroll across Pembroke park to the lake where you can take the kayaks over to Ruby Island or just cruise around the bay. Each room has it's own ensuite, TV and built-in wardrobe/cupboards. In the garage there is an EV charger (Type 2) and racks for skis.

Fig Tree House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

The house has a wrap around deck with sliding doors from both the dining room, lounge and master bedroom. The back deck has an outdoor table, couches and Weber bbq. The house is fully fenced, and we are happy to take dogs by arrangement.
