Located 2 miles from Blue Mountain Brewery, 3 miles from Flying Fox Vineyard. A 5-minute drive will bring you to a host of wineries, breweries, and distilleries including Veritas Vineyards, Hazy Mountain Vineyards, and Valley Road Vineyards. We love animals so pets are welcome with a $50 additional fee, per pet. Restaurants can deliver!

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. For some peaceful moments you can take a short stroll on the trails around the property. You can enjoy a peaceful day of fishing at the pond which is well stocked with crappie, bass, shell cracker, and catfish. We practice catch and release here on the property. But if you want to cook up the catch of the day as the main course that’s ok as well. Then kick back and sit around the camp fire with s’mores and looking at the moonlight.

We are 1.0 mile from the Downtown Mall of Charlottesville in Historic Woolen Mills, 5 blocks from the Rivanna River and Park. Off street parking, 250 sq ft plus loft. Has lots of light. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens!there is so much in our area from hiking to eating to contemplating
