Enjoy a cozy getaway at our centrally-located carriage house, in the heart of sought-after Crozet, VA. Completely renovated in 2022, the carriage house feels brand new! Our space offers 1 queen bed and 1 full-bed pull-out couch. The space is .5 miles from downtown Crozet, 2.5 miles to King Family Vineyard and 3.5 miles to Chiles Orchard. It is equipped with a kitchen, a large closet (fits a pack n' play!), high speed internet and Apple TV. We have assigned parking spots in the driveway.

We cannot allow cats(due to family members with allergies and the extra cleaning required) We are just off of Route 29 with easy access to local venues. The suite is up one flight of stairs. Albemarle County is central to the University of Virginia, Monticello, Montpelier, wineries, craft beer breweries, and wedding venues in the area. Your dogs may run the open areas. A pasture of cattle is not too far away you can hear the mooing at times and see sightings of deer quite often. It’s a private and quiet location. The Hummingbird is a cozy, quiet, apartment in my home. It has a private entrance, is 2 rooms and is perfect for a getaway. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. It is minutes to historic downtown Charlottesville and UVA. Wineries are also easy to get to. I provide a few baked goodies as I have a small on premises bakery where I make scones, quiche and seasonal pies for our local Farmer's Market. It's a wonderful place to enjoy the quiet and privacy.
