There are two large rooms with queen/king size beds. The apartment has been recently renovated and it is situated above a local winery, Dacapo Cà ed Balos, which will make your stay even more special. Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

I bambini sono a 10 anni NON pagano. Sono liberi di correre e divertirsi nelle Langhe! Children under 10 years do NOT pay. They are free to running and enjoying around Langhe! Amiamo i cani di qualsiasi taglia, purchè siano ben educati. Sovrapprezzo per pulizia extra dovuta alla presenza di animali in casa ( 20€ per tutto la durata del soggiorno) We love dogs with any size, just with good behaviour. Surcharge for cleaning due to the presence of animals at home (20€ for duration of all stay).

Only the pool area is shared with another flat. In the middle of the Barolo vineyards and a few minutes from the village of Novello, ideal for couples, families, small groups. The owners are available to organise tours and activities: wine tasting, restaurants, e bike, yoga, massages, home chef.
