Half a block from Downtown Alamosa, restaurants, bank and bars. Safeway, liquor store (Chief Liquor) and Walgreens is 0.5 miles away. Great Sand Dunes National Park and Zapata Falls is a 32.6 miles from the property.

This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.
