Pets are welcome, pet fee is additional. Please inform guest prior to stay by choosing pet at check out.

You'll love the access to walk downtown, its just a short 10 min walk. Stadium is a 10 minute drive or 25 ish minute walk.] Bedroom can sleep 2 in the bed its a full. Couch in the living room for a third. If you want to bring more guests thats totally okay. I just ask for $20 per extra guest if its over 3 guests. Bring an air mattress. Very close to I-75 and all of the Springs around the area. Roughly 16 minutes to Blue Springs, Ginnie Springs, 41 minutes to Devil's den, 20 minutes to University of Florida/Archer. Private room with a private bath. Bathroom is disconnected from room and shared when other guests are present.
