Our studio offers a clean, modern retreat with its own kitchenette, full bathroom , full size refrigerator and the studio features individual AC Completely private entrance. You will feel like you are in a park surrounded by mature oak trees and nature, you will feel renewed, 1 queen bed + 1 portable bed , laundry room. The Studio is private with access separate from our home. We offer self check in with a lock box. Private property on 8 acres, fenced and gated location with a lot of parking.

Quiet SW neighborhood, 15 minutes from UF & the UF Health complex. Parks, trails, springs, rivers, Gulf coast, Atlantic beaches in the area. Space is completely furnished & includes bedroom, kitchen/living room, bathroom, tiled floors, paddle fans, separate entrance, shared laundry room, & AC/heat system. Includes use of the pool & screened porch. Pool area has a waterfall & patio with peaceful surroundings. (shared w owner) A lovely place to decompress, or to simply relax after a busy day.

Wether you are a medical profesional, visiting the springs, attending a game at UF or going to the major hospitals in town, this location is perfect for you. Located near the I-75, 5 minutes away from the Oaks mall, 10 minutes away from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, the University of Florida campus and UF Health Shands Hospital.

Wooded Oasis: Blue Room-4 miles to UF

Elegant and spacious, the Blue Room is a private master bedroom suite located within a subdivided residential home. Your entrance from the outdoors into the main foyer space is shared with other guests. Up the stairs and to the right is your suite, the Blue Room, and to the left is another guest suite. Quiet wooded place located off a main road in town between the Airport and Santa Fe College. NO SMOKING inside. Arriving during daylight hours is recommended. It’s dark at night.

Private Garden Studio

Your safety and comfort, privacy and peace of mind are my top priorities as your host. This studio space has a private entrance from the side of the garage. It was refurbished January 2020 and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.
