Great to swim and good fishing conditions. Will you go out in a boat you can rent it. Near the shop and petrol station. Want to walk in the mountains there are many beautiful hikes in the area.

Originally built in 1792, this Pocket House was once named "Smallest House in Bergen" by the local media. Situated in calm Sandviken the city center is a 5 minute bus ride or a 10 minute bike ride away. The nearest bus stop is a short 2 minute walk, and there is also a city bike parking spot practically right outside the house. Whether you want to experience Bergen by sea or Bergen by mountain this house is well situated to accommodate both.

Centrally located with beautiful outdoor areas, right by the boat marina with swimming opportunities, park and playgrounds (beach vollyball and basket), musiums and grocery store. Hiking opportunities and public transport close by, 5-10 min bus to city center, 30 min walk. Bikes and rides for rent right outside the door.
