Explore the wider Wirral area on the network of public footpaths or take a short train ride to the cities of Liverpool or Chester.

Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars.

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

Built on a working family run farm it offers stunning views from the living area that is based on the second floor. There are plenty of beautiful local walks in the area and places to eat and shop. Anyone wanting to visit the coast both Blackpool and Southport are within a 30 minute drive and cities like Preston, Manchester and Liverpool are also close by.
