This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Απολαύστε την διαμονή σας σε αυτόν τον γαλήνιο χώρο διαμονής στο κέντρο του νησιού.Το διαμέρισμα μας απεχεί μόλις πεντε λεπτά με τα πόδια, απο το κεντρικό λιμάνι άφιξή σας.Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια ή για ολιγομελής οικογένειες.Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει ενα άτομο καθώς επίσης ύπαρχει και η δυνατότητα παροχής βρεφικού κρεβατιού.Σε απόσταση μόλις 100 μέτρων βρίσκονται οι δύο κεντρικότερες παραλίες του νησιού!

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.

Καλοσυντηρημένο παλιό αρχοντικό σε συγκρότημα 4 κατοικιών που φιλοξενεί οικογένεια έως και 6 άτομων. Έχει δύο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια και ένα μπάνιο. Βρισκεται μόλις 350 μέτρα απο Ντάπια. Ήσυχη αυλή με παρτέρια για χαλάρωση τα απογεύματα μετά την θάλασσα.
