The studio is located on the 2nd floor next to other 3 studios. Enjoy the beautiful sea view at the balcony towards the sea and the mountain. The property is located close to the organised sandy beach with the crystal clear waters of Skala village. Just around the corner there are shops such as bakery, restaurants and cafes, sweet shops, pharmacy, doctor office, and so you can have access to everything you want. Rent a bicycle or scooter (license needed) to move around or use the local bus.

The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing. A BABY-SITTER IS AVAILABLE ANY TIME THERE IS A RAMP for wheelchairs

Alefi’s Place is located at Egina downtown at 30 meters from the beach and around 600 meters away from the port. It has been recently built and decorated in a country look. Its location is privileged since everything is within walking distance, beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants. Alefi’s Place is ideal for all seasons. You can visit it summer or winter to relax, enjoy, have fun, for any type of vacation, for many days or just for the weekend.

The maisonette is newly built and nicely located at the heart of Aegina town. It is built over 1st and 2nd floor and accommodates up to 6 people.

It's a wonderful first floor house by the sea, nearby Aigina port (1.8km distance), full of light, three balconies, a really simple interior and a colorful attic, which makes it a great place to relax, enjoy the sea view and get the best out of this lovely island.
