At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has two queen beds, front porch and private rear deck. Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge. Sweet new Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights) and our new all natural wood hot tub (booked for private experience for $25) . 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. All you need for a memorable glamping experience. The amazing views and comfortable accommodations, a roaring bonfire and candlelight, miles of trails and peaceful surroundings. Canoeing, fishing, hiking, exploring, antiquing, apple picking, leaf peeping - it's all close by and the choices are all yours. You can also just sit in the sun, admire the views, watch the hawks circle above and soak in the peace and quiet. Propane heater included to warm the tent on chilly nights.

This is a 32' 2014 camper in a nice quiet setting. Self contained. Private 28 acres with 11.5 acre lake. Two other campsites and main house on property. Seasonal from April 1 to October 30, depending on weather. Has 3 slide outs. Fire pit available. No smoking INSIDE camper. Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.

Less than 4 miles to markets and restaurants. -This historically significant hill is in the middle of largest section of the VAST trail system in the state and THE BEST mountain biking and hiking trails! -Only 20 miles outside of Burlington. Even closer to Lake Champlain. Hop, skip and a jump to Stowe.

Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV.
