The studio has 1 bedroom (& sofa bed), a lounge/dining/kitchen area and a private patio. It is set amidst lush gardens and is a home away from home with everything provided.

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

In the huge bedroom is a full king size bed with bedside lamps incorporating USB ports, and a single bed. The lounge contains a leather sofa. There is a built in robe, lofty ceilings and downlights.
