The property has a code accessed gate, alarm system, and motion lights. The decor is mid-century modern / farmhouse and is cozy yet serene. Come and Stay Awhile!

Walk to restaurants, shopping, wedding venues 924 on Main and Willow Creek Mansion and all that Main Street and Rose District has to offer. Near many City of BA entertainment and sports complexes. Covered outdoor patio with seating and eating area. Walkable to fishing pond, bring a pole, or borrow ours! Where you will sleep: 3 beds and pull out sectional couch.

For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

A great overnight stop or week away from home. The studio is attached to homeowners house (converted garage space) but has separate, private coded entry. Driveway parking for one car. TV with antenna channels and streaming capability, free Netflix, fast WiFi available. Kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave. Empty nesters occupy home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two person maximum. Spacious open floor plan - one bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is a queen size bed.

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests!
