Just 20 feet away, a detached guesthouse offers a game room, second living space, bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms. Connected by a sidewalk, this layout is perfect for families traveling together—space to gather and room to spread out. Great year-round, with lower off-season rates for smaller groups.

This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
