Very quite place,surrounded with olives. We have a free WiFi, a parking garage, big garden, outdoor dinning area. Chirping of birds in the morning is so relaxing... you will see there cows and sheeps aroud. Our small cottage is very peaceful, its 90% handmade by the owner. Check in time after 11:00. Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

You can enjoy your stay in this newly furnished apartment feeling welcome and satisfied. Take a look at the sea and turn back to the olive tree. The hosts will be happy to introduce you with the historical and cultural facts about Ulcinj, its environment and Montenegro in general. It is possible to make excursions and go fishing on the river Bojana. The nearest beaches are 200 to 500 m away, sandy, rocky, pebble. Go for a walk in the pinetree forest or visit the Ladies' beach nearby.

Southern Breeze is a cozy cabin equipped to make your holiday on Bojana River a memorable one. Relax by the water and enjoy the beautiful scenery Bojana River has to offer. You can spend your days swimming and sunbathing on the lovely terrace (24 m2). A sunbed awaits for you by the water to indulge in a good book (English books available). Fishing rods available if you would like to catch your own lunch:) After a BBQ feel free to play some volleyball in the backyard.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
