Das „Appartement Goga“ in der Altstadt von Ulcinj - hoch über dem Stadtstrand - wurde nach dem Erdbeben 1979 neu aufgebaut und 2020 komplett saniert. Das Interieur stellt eine Mischung aus traditionellem mediterranem Stil in Kombination mit modernem Landhausstil dar. Unsere Wohnung ist seit Generationen im Familienbesitz und auch jetzt noch unser Domizil für die schönsten Wochen im Jahr. Sie ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Altstadt mit ihrer fast 2.500 Jahre alten Geschichte zu erkunden.

Tiny Villa Riverfront & Beach

An einem der schönsten Fleckchen Europas steht das 2024 erbaute Holzhaus, auf der weitgehend naturbelassenen Insel Ada Bojana. Direkt auf den Fluss gebaut, in Sicht-, Schwimm- und Laufweite zum Meer. Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

Its located near Salinas salt pans , a protected park which counts hundreds of bird species that can be seen flying around the property. It’s quiet, super private, and perfect for relaxing, working, or just getting away from it all, you’ll also get to try the host’s award-winning olive oil. If Dubai’s your thing, this probably isn’t. But if you’re into nature, silence, and zero stress - you found your hideout!

The hosts will introduce you with the historical and cultural facts about Ulcinj, the environment and Montenegro in general. It is possible to make excursions or go fishing on the river Bojana. Nearest beach is just 200 m away, famous Ladies' beach 400 m. Take a walk in the pine forest and further to the cliffs.
