Das „Appartement Goga“ in der Altstadt von Ulcinj - hoch über dem Stadtstrand - wurde nach dem Erdbeben 1979 neu aufgebaut und 2020 komplett saniert. Das Interieur stellt eine Mischung aus traditionellem mediterranem Stil in Kombination mit modernem Landhausstil dar. Unsere Wohnung ist seit Generationen im Familienbesitz und auch jetzt noch unser Domizil für die schönsten Wochen im Jahr. Sie ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Altstadt mit ihrer fast 2.500 Jahre alten Geschichte zu erkunden.

An einem der schönsten Fleckchen Europas steht das 2024 erbaute Holzhaus, auf der weitgehend naturbelassenen Insel Ada Bojana. Direkt auf den Fluss gebaut, in Sicht-, Schwimm- und Laufweite zum Meer. Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay... Sofia's Garden cottage is located 1 km from the center of Ulcinj. Nearest beach is Valdanos, 2km. Very quite place,surrounded with olives. We have a free WiFi, a parking garage, big garden, outdoor dinning area. Chirping of birds in the morning is so relaxing... you will see there cows and sheeps aroud. Our small cottage is very peaceful, its 90% handmade by the owner. Check in time after 11:00. Nearest beach is just 200 m away, famous Ladies' beach 400 m. Take a walk in the pine forest and further to the cliffs.
