Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

The cities of Bar and Ulcinji are located 10km from the villa. We offer extra water activities-jet ski rental and water sports equipment (additional fees).
