L'alloggio appena ristrutturato, accogliente e luminoso, di circa 90 mq, si trova in contrada Caldura ad 1 Km dal centro urbano di Cefalù. Dista pochi minuti dalla spiaggia pubblica del kalura. Immerso nel verde ed in posizione panoramica, offre strepitosa vista della rocca, del porto e del mare. Può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è composto da due ampie camere da letto, un grande salone, bagno, lavanderia e cucina. Tutti gli ambienti climatizzati. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della proprietà.

Abholung und Bringung zum Flughafen** Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einer sehr ruhigen und bergischen Landschaft in 550 Höhenmetern. Es ist 15 KM vom Strand entfernt. Das Ferienhaus hat einen privaten Garten mit Pool (nicht beheizt). Touriorte wie zB. die Vulkaninseln sind per PKW zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Eisdielen und Restaurants ebenfalls. Zum Strand benötigt man mit einem Auto ungefähr 20 Minuten.

LACASADIEOLO è un incantevole trilocale, dotato di terrazzino panoramico arredato, dove potersi concedere ai piaceri della cucina e della lettura, immersi in una atmosfera resa unica dalla vista delle isole Eolie, dal litorale di San Gregorio, nella località di Scafa a Capo d'Orlando, in Sicilia. Le stanze restituiscono le tonalità del mare su cui si affacciano, insieme ai suoi profumi portati fin qui dal vento.

La casa si trova a pochi chilometro da Cefalù, vicino al piccolo borgo di S. Ambrogio. Immersa nella natura, tra alberi di ulivo, a ridosso del Parco delle Madonie, la vista della rocca di Cefalù e delle isole dell'arcipelago delle Eolie, vi incanterà ad ogni ora del giorno col cambiare dei colori, passando dal'azzurro chiaro del mattino al rosso fuoco del tramonto al blù stellato della notte.
