Our 2 bed house is an end of terrace property built in the 1870's. Originally built to house the workers at Terry's Chocolate factory … which sadly is no longer making chocolate! This property is just a short stroll to York's premier Racecourse. The house is approximately 150 years old so as you would expect, it does have character! We have decorated and furnished the house to provide a clean, comfortable and cosy environment to help you relax and enjoy your trip to York.

Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 15 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut.
