Il palazzo si trova a pochi passi dai maggiori siti di interesse storico della città. Sotto casa si trovano metro, bus, taxi. La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

Si informano gli ospiti che all'arrivo ci sarà da pagare una tassa di soggiorno di 2€ a notte per le prime 5 notti a persona.
