Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

No18 Sanico ist eine kürzlich umgebaute Scheune die im Januar 2021 fertiggestellt wurde. Es ist in den sanften Hügeln des Monferrato Landschaft mit den unglaublichsten Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge im Winter eingebettet. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für 3 Autos und einen großen gesicherten Garten einen Swimmingpool mit Panoramablick sowie Ess- und Entspannungsbereiche im Freien. Im Inneren finden Sie ein stilvoll eingerichtetes, offenes Haus mit einer Master-Suite mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Benvenuti nel nostro casale di fine ‘800 “Monferrato Country House Basin d’Amor” in cui condividere la passione per questa splendida terra Patrimonio dell’Unesco. La nostra casa si trova a 10 minuti dal centro di Asti, 20 minuti da Alba, Roero e Langhe, 30 minuti da Torino, 40 minuti da Barolo. Si è immersi dal verde ma a soli dieci minuti dal casello autostradale Asti-Est. Situato tra Asti e Moncalvo si rivela un punto ideale. Rilassati e ricaricati in quest’oasi di quiete ed eleganza.

Cascina Buffetto Miravalle. Casa con piscina.

La casa, dotata di piscina, è ubicata a due km dal centro abitato e si affaccia sulla valle . Gode di completa autonomia e permette agli ospiti di vivere in una cascina tipica con mobili d'epoca. Gli ospiti hanno l'esclusiva disponibilità della struttura. L'altra casa che si affaccia sul cortile (era un piccolo borgo) è sempre di mia proprietà ed è chiusa durante la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho scelto di avere pochi ospiti per garantire a loro ed a me più tranquillità.
