Well equipped with microwave, mini fridge, tv & WiFi. Simple continental breakfast. Perfect as a romantic getaway, cyclists & walkers & for working in the area. Pets MUST be crated.

It comes complete secure parking for one car and it’s own seated decking area with hot tub. Brand New for April 2023! The Cobbles is a self contained spacious one bedroom cottage with a private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen diner, sitting room with log burner and sofa bed. Super king bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Free private parking with plenty of space for trailers. Situated at the end of a 1/2 mile long drive The Cobbles manages to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when you are only a mile from the A43 and the local town of Towcester.

Our unique cosy Shepherd's Hut is beautifully handcrafted in timber and includes small luxuries within a traditional rural space. Fully fitted kitchen, gas hob, oven and fridge. Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

This is a well-maintained annexe which is detached from the main house. It has independent access and has a double bed. It has an ensuite and is equipped with a smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, iron & hair dryer. Less than 5 mins to the M1 and Sixfields which is home to Northampton FC, Rugby stadium, Formula 1 park and ride, cinema, restaurants, gym and supermarkets. About 10 mins drive to Northampton Town centre. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, in the heart of Wootton village. Close to the local pub that serves great food with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent location to the business park, Brackmills and 10 minute drive from Northampton train station. Lovely’s walk down to Delapry abbey which hosts various events throughout the year . Also a great location for the park and ride to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. *20 steps leading up to the property *

I aim to provide a comfortable stay in a friendly , quiet and relaxed country setting for both business and pleasure.

Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices.
