In einer ruhigen und sicheren Wohngegend direkt gegenüber dem Strand Ensenada Pelada gelegen, verfügt es über eine große Terrasse mit gemütlicher Sitzecke unter einer romantischen Holzpergola, Sonnenliegen zum Genießen des kanarischen Klimas, einen Essbereich ebenfalls geschützt durch eine Pergola und einen großen Grill. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen Arten von Elektrogeräten, einschließlich eines Wasserfiltrationssystems. Drei Doppelzimmer und ein unabhängiges Studio mit Klimaanlage, zwei Doppelbetten und eigenem Bad en-suite, sowie zwei weitere komplette Bäder mit Duschen und eines davon mit Whirlpool-Badewanne mit Meerblick, garantieren die Privatsphäre aller Gäste. Du wirst auch ein komplettes Handtuch-Set finden. Sie werden jede Ecke dieses besonderen Anwesens genießen, sowohl die Außenanlagen als auch die gemütliche und komfortable Innenausstattung. Außerdem gibt es einen separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, einen Safe und ein Alarmsystem. Das Zentrum von El Médano ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Aufgrund der Nähe zum geschützten Naturstrand Ensenada Pelada weisen wir unsere Gäste darauf hin, dass bei starkem Wind größere Mengen Sand im Poolbereich auftreten können, was das äußere Erscheinungsbild beeinträchtigen könnte. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen Teneriffa Süd kann es gelegentlich zu Fluglärm kommen. Die Gesamtfläche des Hauses beträgt 190 m², einschließlich Studio. Das Grundstück ist 350 m² groß. Der Pool misst 7,50 m × 3,60 m, Tiefe 1,60 m/1,70 m, außer am Eingang, wo auf ca. 2 m² die Tiefe etwa 35 cm beträgt. Im Mietpreis enthalten sind Glasfaser-WLAN, tausende internationale TV-Kanäle, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, Föhn und ein Bügelset. Wir informieren unsere Gäste, dass dieses Ferienhaus über ein sichtbares Überwachungskamerasystem in den gemeinsamen Außenbereichen verfügt, um Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts mehr Sicherheit zu bieten. Die Kameras im Inneren der Immobilie zeichnen KEINE Bilder auf, sondern dienen ausschließlich der Bewegungserkennung und gegebenenfalls der Aktivierung der Alarmanlage. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dies eine Wohnimmobilie ist. Deshalb bitten wir Sie, die Ruhezeiten (15:00–17:00 und 22:00–8:00) einzuhalten, keine Partys zu veranstalten und in der Unterkunft nicht zu rauchen.
