Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". Holmlands Bothy , Crawford

The Bothy is a small self contained unit within the grounds of our B and B .It has a lounge area with TV , DVD and wood burning stove. There is a small kitchen area with kettle , toaster , George Forman grill ,microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a shower , toilet and basin. Designed for two people with a comfy double mattress on the mezannine. It is rented on a self catering basis or we can provide continental breakfast hampers for an additional £18 ,must be pre ordered. Nearby EV charging .

There is a large driveway for up to 4 cars and a locked shed for bicycles. The cottage has two King Sized beds, large living dining area, fully fitted kitchen and a large walk in shower. The cottage is the perfect place to stay when attending weddings, a base for work or just a few days away. It is a real home from home.

Charming chalet in peaceful rural location.

Our chalet is in our large, well managed garden. While it is near our house and we are happy to chat, we always respect peoples privacy. This is a very peaceful place where you can sit outside and watch the flames of the fire pit at night or stay in and have a cosy evening. Our neighbours are all of the four legged variety so some countryside noises are to be expected but the cows love to come and greet you at the wall. Parking space in garden
