South facing on the hill overlooking Aberfeldy we confidently boast one of the best views in the area. The house is self contained offering all you require for a relaxing stay in Highland Perthshire. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

This cosy cottage has traditional features and modern comforts, including central heating and a wood burning stove. Ideally suited for a couple, two singles or small family of three (ie 2 adults, 1 child), the cottage has two bedrooms, shower room, kitchen, a bright porch with dining table and garden seating. The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting.
