Our charming, spacious, one bedroom cottage with exposed stone wall and open fire has a true highland feel, along with an in door hot tub room. Just a stone throw away from the river Don and the 300 yold Poldullie bridge also central to whisky trails & castles. Two well-behaved dogs welcome by request. We ask you do not to leave them on their own, and they must be kept on a short lead and not an extendable one while on our property. We are a licensed premises and only permit 18s and over.

'Muggans' (named after the Mugwort that grows by the steps) is entirely off-grid and has everything you'll need for a comfortable and memorable getaway, including a wood burning stove to keep you cozy, a wood fired hot tub to soak in under the stars and pizza oven for luxury campfire cooking.

We offer a large pod with a double bed and a small kitchen corner, a small pod with toilet, shower and hand washing basin, and a summer house converted as a small kitchen. We are located in the peaceful countryside, 5 minutes from Cruden Bay village and its beach & renowned golf course, 10 minutes from Peterhead, 15 minutes from Ellon and 40 minutes from Aberdeen.

The main hall has a wood burning stove in the seating area and a further lounge upstairs with views overlooking the garden .Outside there is a fenced garden with a barbecue , patio and wood burning hot tub for 8 with views of the surrounding countryside and Moray Firth. Off road parking in the gated area in front of the house.
