The house is bright and modern and the spot is ideal if you want to explore the region (Lisbon, Sintra, Obidos, Ericeira, Nazaré, Cascais, Dino Parque,...) or surf on Portugal's best waves. You will find a small grocery store just down the street and large supermarkets and restaurants within a 10 min drive.
