In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.

Please note: a nearby resort hosts weddings and events throughout the year, which may result in noise and increased activity, especially on weekends and summer months. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and beautifully treed lot on a quiet cul-de-sac street at the back of Blue Ridge Loop. This vintage mobile home features new kitchen appliances, and a pleasant 16x12 screened-in deck that creates the perfect outdoor living room. Easy access to all the outdoor activities the White Mountains are known for. Our home has two bedrooms and two separate futons for sleeping.
