One bright apartment in the center of Paris, in front of Georges Pompidou Center. Very calm located in Beaubourg, between Châtelet and Le Marais, in Paris. The flat is really close to a lot of different museum : Le Louvre, Musée Picasso, Le Centre Pompidou, Hotel de Ville or even the Cathédrale Notre-Dame (10min walking). Furthermore cinéma and loads of art gallery are situated in the streets down the apartment. I can be called upon any time and will do my best to make your trip amazing!

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

A typical Parisian two-room apartment, located in a very quiet (private, car-free street) and friendly neighborhood. You can go grocery shopping and enjoy the nearby shops. The area is lively in the evenings and offers a wide selection of restaurants and bars. A fifteen-minute walk takes you to the Montmartre district with its abbesses, the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, and the Moulin Rouge.

Notre appartement est unique, avec une décoration pointue et une vue imprenable sur tout Paris depuis la terrasse donnant notamment directement sur le Sacré-Coeur. Le grand salon et la salle à manger tout en baie vitrée sont plein sud et hyper lumineux toute la journée. Tous les meubles et les matériaux ont été réfléchis pour en faire un espace extremement chaleureux et apaisant.

Comfortable and bright 30m2 apartment, on the 5th floor without elevator, ideally located at the bottom of the Butte Montmartre (10 min walk from Place du Tertre, Sacré-Cœur) in a lively area with many restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is composed of a kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Welcome in my central little apartment under the roof with a stunning view of the Sacré-Cœur of Montmartre, the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. A great place for a romantic gateway. At the 7th (heaven) by stairs, with such a view it worth it !
